Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

Exceptions

• These limitations may not apply where prohibited by law
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation is not excluded

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QryBit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

Termination

Termination by You

• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided
• You are responsible for downloading your data before termination

Termination by Us

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment
• We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations

Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service will be immediately revoked
